Lodging
The 2026 RED Consortium Meeting will take place at the Westin Alexandria Old Town hotel in Alexandria, VA.
Please click here to book your room through our room block, which offers all rooms at the government per diem rate. To participate in the full meeting, please secure lodging for Wednesday, September 30 and Thursday, October 1.
To ensure that you receive a room at the government per diem rate, please book by Friday, September 4, 2026.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please send a request to Darcelle Larkin at education@asee.org. All cancellations made by September 4, 2026 will incur a $25 processing fee. Cancellation requests made after September 4 will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
